We're looking for a great marketing person who is passionate about acquiring and engaging customers.
Role :
- Acquire users and engage them and drive all metrics like installs, opens, visits, usage, views, share, etc
- Develop and execute B2C and B2B Marketing strategy
- Continually boost conversion & usage through various optimization techniques
- Manage all sorts of campaigns ( SMS, email, Voice, etc) to help achieve our goals
- Use partners and distribution channels who can help you achieve objectives
- Use various mechanisms to go viral referral, distribution platforms, gamification etc.
- This person is expected to grow the social media presence and traffic which will have a huge impact on our business.
- Grow adoption and usage across digital, social, chat, video and emerging media; engage and galvanize our target community through blogs, forums and press opportunities
- Capture and analyze information continually to fine tune efforts
- Continually create hypotheses, models, A/B testing and track responses
- Analyze regular performance reports and metrics for fine tuning
The person :
- You are target oriented and ROI oriented. You get great satisfaction by achieving numbered goals, and would do anything to get it
- You are ready to try untested waters, try out scenarios and are not into over analyzing an idea, instead will execute and see the results.
- You love user conversion, engagement and boosting usage through various means
- You love data, analytics and mining. You are continually curious about data & trends, keep playing with multiple scenarios, create statistical models, find out reasons behind behaviors
- You love creating experiments, and willing to create almost daily / weekly to test variables
- You like finding out why users behave in a particular way, and would find out directly from users
- Problem solving, out of the box thinking, non-hierarchical, good communication skills are your 2nd nature
- 5 years of experience
- Sound understanding of Marketing concepts.
- Min. 2-3 years- experience in any mobile app marketing ( B2C)
- Good understanding of mobile product environment
- Expert understanding of digital & mobile marketing tools and usage
- Good knowledge of QA, A/B testing, usability tests, HTML/CSS/JS
- Working knowledge of stats & analytics, tools, plug ins, APIs
