- Experience required 4 - 10 years / minimum 4+ years as C & B specialist.

- Can be an individual contributor.

- Handled market analysis and statistics.

- Designing and Execution of the compensation and benefits strategy.

- Managing C&B guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders.

- Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles.

- Designing and Execution of the compensation and benefits strategy for all employees.

- Analyzing, evaluating and recommending best practices for compensation design and employee benefits.

- Leading compensation benchmarking surveys.

- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders.

- Managing the entire HR operations portfolio including payroll, HR analytics, Exit management and HR dashboards.

- Conducting job evaluations and leading year end appraisal cycles.

- Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives.
