Globalite - Social Media Specialist/Manager

We are looking for someone with proven experience in running paid campaigns in Social media for eCommerce / Online Shopping products. Design, create & manage Social ad campaigns & promotions for products to acquire and retain customers.

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).

- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.

- Highly knowledgeable in the principles of - Search & Social. Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.

- A smart marketer who can connect dots on various groups, forums, threads to engaging customers and drive brand creation would be a good fit.

- You will enjoy a lot of creative freedom in forming Social Media campaigns. Love for gadgets, latest digital and marketing tools, super active on social medial (read social media junkie) would be necessary.
