Education - CA or MBA (with First Class throughout academics during SSC, HSC, TY)

Salary - Current CTC not more than 11L (can expect a market standard hike)

The candidate should be ready to stretch since this role would be reporting to VP COO India & Abroad

Position Summary

- This position is in support of the COO’s across our global in-house centers. This associate would be a member of the Global Workforce Strategy and Solutions (GWSS) team, would report directly to the COO of the Mumbai center, and would works closely with global COO’s, local business units, as well as partners with the Global Workforce team and other departments within ……. The objective of the GWSS Group is to ensure that we are optimizing use of all deployment options (including strategic sites).

- This role will be instrumental in moving the GWSS strategy forward and supporting the COO’s with site projects and analyses.

Primary Responsibilities

a) Metrics Management:

i) Preparing MIS around key metrics related to attrition, costs, headcount growth and key initiatives/developments including data analysis and summarization

ii) Collating and recording business unit growth requirements

iii) Preparing and updating material in preparation for various management meetings such as monthly infrastructure, operational risk, business unit meetings etc including tracking minutes and following up on deliverables

b) Research:

i) Updating competitor information

ii) Tracking all relevant news articles related to the global offshoring industry

iii) Working closely with the Events, Charity and other committees to provide a global overview of initiatives and events that can be shared cross location as well as provide a central coordination point for the marketing and administration of global projects

iv) Liaising with the regional teams on BCP, information security and other risk related matters to ensure coordination of approach and synchronization with global BCM approach, and when needed, following up with the concerned business units on ensuring action points

v) Tracking various actions/ deliverables on calendar basis and prompting for necessary actions on due dates

vi) Standardization of various reporting templates across sites, to the extent that it makes sense.

g) Strong analytical skills- ability to manage and synthesize large volumes of data

h) Extremely well versed in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

i) Local market knowledge – internal and external

j) Knowledge – good networks across the offices would be useful
