Global Travel Manager - Captive Unit

We are seeking to identify Global Travel Manager for our multinational client for their captive unit.

Location- Mumbai/Pune

1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

Responsible for total Global Travel Services within organisation including booking tool, travel agent, airline, hotel, credit card, meetings & events. At a later stage it is intended to include Global Fleet Services to the scope.Build the desired global travel organization, develop and execute a short-mid-long term strategy.

Responsible to align internally with stakeholders executive level management including our Board to set and follow up on policies. This includes continuous alignment with Compliance (Duty of Care) and our HSE department.

2. Responsibilities

- Responsible for total Global Travel Services within organisation, including booking tool, travel agent, airline, hotel, credit card, meetings & events. At a later stage it is intended to include Global Fleet Services to the scope.

- Build the desired global travel organization, develop and execute a short-mid-long term strategy.

- Responsible to align internally with stakeholders executive level management including our Board to set and follow up on policies. This includes continuous alignment with Compliance (Duty of Care) and our HSE department.

- Optimize our Travel Directive and implement measures to drive behavior.

- Identify and implement innovations that will support the organization in global business travel, like apps, itineraries, etcetera.
