Global Training Head - BPO

We are recruiting Global Training Head for a well established technology company. The company has a Pan India footprint in addition to development centers in five other countries. They are looking for a senior resource who can create a global vision for a development engine which can create future leaders and also implement it seamlessely.

Incumbent shall be responsible for assessment centers, need analysis, content management, resource deployment and training delivery in addition to overall strategy integrated with the business plan.
