Our client is a Series D funded B2B platform for corporates and entrepreneurs across sectors, across countries. With strong presence in the UK, US, APAC and the ME, they are looking for a Global Head of TA Strategy to be based in their India office. The person in this role will be responsible for their global talent acquisition strategy and execution and manage a global TA team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute proactive Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire high-quality candidates.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of TA managers and team members who may be globally distributed
- Workforce planning, assessing skill gaps , building talent pipeline to support succession planning, forecasting for future hires, developing a global action plan and looking at retention opportunities & strategies]
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand
- Streamline processes according to best practices, manage hiring costs effectively etc.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition with some experience managing global Talent Acquisition teams / knowledge of hiring in ME / US / UK markets in a major plus
- You have been part of a high growth & scale up environment at a fast growing startup in the past
- You have experience in hiring for Delivery, Engineering, Product and Sales.
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
- Good knowledge of labor legislation especially in India and Middle East
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
