RESPONSIBILITIES

1. The GSD Associate will be responsible for data analytics and spend reporting, supporting the Diversity Dashboard, assist with diverse supplier intake evaluations and communications, support client RFP responses and will be cross-trained to provide GSD support as needed.

2. The Associate will report to the GSD Business Analysis and Reporting Manager and their daily responsibilities provide for a critical foundation in the overall team's efforts to meet and exceed diverse spend goals and complement the company's broader employee and community diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

2. Minimum of 7 years' experience

3. Extensive experience in data management and analytics

4. Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal sourcing and client stakeholders

5. Analytics: ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down cost structures; ability to crunch data (Spend, Risk, Contract.etc.)

6. Business Strategy Alignment: ability to understand business strategy and build plans to support it
