OVERVIEW:
This role will be responsible for building a foundation & deliver large, complex, multi country, technology platform based BPO engagements. It will call for providing consultative recommendations to deliver high quality care at an optimized cost base.
Secondary responsibility will also be to build capability to augment the Healthcare CoE
JOB SUMMARY
- Enhance the productivity & profitability by driving changes in operations strategy, infusing technology to automate workflows, streamlining quality processes & improve client satisfaction
- Ability to manage 500+ FTEs across multiple engagements, sites/countries and complex high end healthcare processes (including IT/BPO combined engagements)
- Drive transition & scale up an engagement grounds up
- Ability to build operational risk management framework
- Strong grip on financial & operational metrics
- Ability to drive continuous improvement projects & build - get well- plans
- Lead organization for MBR & QBR with client leadership
- A proactive planner with excellent abilities in devising operational strategies, developing effective processes & operational work flows.
- Ability to engage the team to ensure minimal attrition & build a leadership funnel
- Ability to foster partnerships & tie ups to provide external certifications and career paths to employees
- Participates in regulatory and internal audits and inspections. Proactively responds to audit observations and takes timely and appropriate corrective actions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The minimum education requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (M.B.A from Tier 1 institute preferred)
- MBB Preferred
