- We are seeking an experienced and analytical Global Sales Strategist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our international sales strategy.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in global market analysis, GTM strategy, and revenue generation, working cross-functionally to drive market penetration and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sales strategies to support company objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to identify new growth opportunities.
- Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new geographies, verticals, and offerings.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align strategies with local market dynamics.
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards to evaluate sales effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead the creation of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, buyer personas, and competitive battle cards.
- Optimize sales processes and funnel conversions using data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluate sales tools, CRM systems, and automation technologies to enhance productivity.
- Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment across strategy, campaigns, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive global expansion and profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or revenue operations in a global setting.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of international markets, B2B sales dynamics, and channel strategies.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and convert them into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology-driven product companies.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams and navigating time zones and language barriers.
