- Mini 10 years experience in Belts, Bags and Accessories Sales.

- Should have handled Sales of Rs. 40 Cr per year

- Should be very well networked with Buying Houses, Agents, Distributors and Corporate. [He must produce list of top buyers he knows in the interview]

- Should have excellent dress and hygiene sense

- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Should be willing to take a sales target of Rs 4 Cr per month from 60th day of joining.

- Should be able to work without supervision.
