Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive our company's revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Excellence: Foster an unusually high customer service orientation, ensuring customer needs are anticipated, understood, and met with tailored solutions.
- Operational Execution: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes, maintaining high standards and ensuring strategic objectives translate into actionable plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain open to feedback and coaching, constantly seeking selfimprovement and team development opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Aggressively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding market presence and driving business growth.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or similar leadership role in the technology sector, preferably with exposure to AI, RPA, and BI.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions and RPA technologies.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to market changes.
- Ethical and honest in all business dealings, with a high standard of personal integrity.
- 4+ Years of Relevant Experience and Masters of Business Administration (Sales & Marketing head)
- Prior US Experience (Handling US region) is a must
