Mandatory skills :
- Right Candidate must be a regular MBA from Top B/tier 1 B School with 10-12 years of industry experience.
- Must have exposure of selling Staffing, IT/ITES Services in global markets like APAC,EMEA Europe and North America
- Must be a Salesforce Champion(in terms of usage) and Advocate(not necessary but an added advantage)
- Must be highly process oriented and self-driven.
- Must have recent experience of leading and driving Inside Sales Teams for different geographies.
- Must be able to create, concept and design marketing collaterals, white papers and create web presence for the company.
- Must be an out of box thinker.
Salary Range : Open for right candidate
Years of Experience : Negotiable (Can Work with 5-8 years of experience as well)
Location : Noida
Work Timings : Flexible (If he supports and available on required calls)
- Must be flexible and willing to travel across the globe on short notice.
- Must have a B1 for USA and business/travel visa for other countries.
- Must be tech savvy, knowledgeable and engaging.
Must have impeccable sales and communication skills.
