- Should have strong Global Sales & Marketing experience:

- Strong people management & relationship building skills- cross functional/organizational relationships including relationship at CXO level/ Key decision makers and influence's with customers and partners/channels.

- Strong skills of OSS BSS is mandatory.

- Identifying, planning and executing on opportunities for growth of new revenue streams/new markets

- Negotiation and time-bound closure of large complex/multi-year solutions/services deals.

- Senior strategic as well as tactical roles as also P&L management roles.
