- Own and drive the Global Sales Strategy for Organisations' InsuranceTech platforms.
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams targeting life, health, and general insurance clients worldwide.
- Develop go-to-market strategies with a focus on product-led sales in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
- Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and ecosystem partners.
- Partner with product, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor offerings to regional demands.
- Own revenue targets and drive exponential growth through new business and account expansion.
- Leverage analytics and insights to continuously refine sales processes and customer engagement.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience :
- PG / MBA / B.Tech 18+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 7+ in InsuranceTech or core insurance platforms.
- Proven track record in selling complex SaaS/enterprise platforms to insurance customers globally.
- Experience scaling international sales teams and managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain challenges and digital transformation trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and consultative selling approach.
