Global Sales Head (Mobility) | 18 to 22 yrs | BANGALORE
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy- Own and hit annual sales targets across all territories
- Identify and grow strategic accounts and also acquire new accounts- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with clients- Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company's strategic direction
- Review and enhance the sales process, improve conversions and win ratios
- Lead sales presentations and communicate company's value proposition to clients
- Manage complex sales cycles with many stakeholders
- Fully understand the services offered in emerging technologies by the company
- Build, mentor and manage sales and business development teams
Essential Skills/Qualifications :
- Experience of 15-20 years in sales and at least 5 years in software services selling across multiple countries
- Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computers, or comparable discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Sound understanding of technology & of software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers
- Demonstrated hands-on work approach
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Proven background of building a successful sales team- Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
- A proven and consistent track record of meeting revenue targets
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
- Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable
- Demonstrates high energy with a passion for success and commitment
- Use data from sales cycle to measure effectiveness and track improvement
