- Build a high performing sales culture that consistently beats the competition, increases market share and delivers on stretch targets by increasing sales volume through the current branch network.
- Set sales target and key performance indicators (KPI)
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and monitor the sales performance of the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyse sales data, and provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management
- Monitor the results and success of various sales campaigns and programmes; evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.
- Maintain high standards expected of a premium service, including a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and always delivering for clients
- Attract, retain motivate and develop talented people with a passion for student recruitment.
- Develop and implement effective training programmes for continuous sales skills development and product knowledge
- Optimise the use of sales resources over the annual cycle through clear prioritisation, accurate forecasting and reporting against KPIs
