Primary Focus Areas: Duties & Responsibilities (% of Time)
1. Strategic Development of Global Sales and Marketing Programs (20%)
- Support the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and sales effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer activation programs for Distribution Partner, Field, and Inside sales teams (e.g., AFG Activation).
- Align Marketing and Sales Enablement initiatives across Business Units (BUs) with Distribution Partners, including managing Co-Op Budget Investments.
- Validate and continuously improve Customer Segmentation and Clustering Engine data, focusing on processes like Customer Churn and Growth Clusters.
- Support the collection and analysis of "Voice of Customer" insights to ensure programs meet customer needs.
- Manage resources required for measuring the impact of initiatives.
2. Execution of Global Sales and Marketing Programs (50%)
- Manage Channel Marketing Co-op investment and governance processes across Business Units and Distributors.
- Oversee Sales and Marketing Proof-of-Concept initiatives from inception to scaling.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement and Marketing teams to deploy initiatives effectively.
- Develop project management plans to align cross-functional resources, track progress, and communicate effectively.
- Utilize sales and marketing tools and processes such as Salesforce.com and Tableau.
3. Analyzing, Reporting, and Communicating Insights from Global Sales and Marketing Programs (20%)
- Develop clear and concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate program strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Utilize strong in-person communication skills to deliver engaging and motivating communications to global audiences.
- Distill complex data points and Voice of Customer feedback into key insights that drive actionable outcomes.
- Develop KPI and Success Measurement scorecards, implementing data analysis from defined hypotheses to meaningful results.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Seek and apply best practices to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiencies, aiming to improve ROI and results.
- Introduce innovation and operational efficiencies to existing and new processes.
- Address Voice of Customer feedback to understand and act on underlying needs and issues.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or sales enabling roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced analytics and Excel proficiency required for reporting.
- Experience in the electronics industry preferred, along with digital marketing and distribution channel experience.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
