Global Sales Effectiveness Analyst

Primary Focus Areas: Duties & Responsibilities (% of Time)

- Analyzing and Reporting Insights from Global Sales and Marketing Programs (80%)

- Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives in achieving business goals (e.g., AFG Activation, Sales Pilots, Marketing Campaigns, etc.).

- Generate data-driven insights to enhance business and marketing performance.

- Propose improvements in customer segmentation, targeting, and marketing effectiveness based on insights.

- Utilize tools like AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, and Alteryx to integrate disparate data sources and create comprehensive insights.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather, analyze, and report insights.

- Develop and distribute dashboards and performance reports.

- Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed.

Drive Continuous Improvement (20%)

- Seek and apply best practices to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency, providing a framework for improving the path-to-success, return on investment, and results.

- Introduce innovation and operational efficiencies to existing and new processes.

- Address Voice-of-Customer (VOC) feedback to understand and act on underlying needs and issues.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:

Establish measurable impact of sales and marketing initiatives aligned with Target Customer Activation.

Skills :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics

- Responsible for supporting data needs

- Deep dive into sales data/Salesforce date and marketing insights

- Work with 4-2 to identify dashboards , KPI , Measurements, Analytics , Sales Data analysis etc
