- Lead, strategize and execute HR programs at a global level to create a productive and high performing workforce.
- Analyze and create human resources strategies with parallel alignment to organization's objectives and establish accountabilities in areas like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management etc.
- Create effective financial strategies (forecasting, budgeting, trend analysis) in adherence to human resources planning at a global scale. Generate optimum business value through efficient resource planning and management.
- Responsible for stakeholder management at a global level - being a senior resource manager for all the headcounts in multiple global locations and engage with business leaders to focus on global talent management practices.
- Implement the best global HR practices and manage internal policies, procedures, methods, organizations values and other legal requirements. Also, manage the overall payroll process with HRIS data and maintain employee HR records.
- Be an advisor and counselor to support the senior management and the workforce on key decisions.
Desired profile:
- MBA preferred with 15+ years of HR experience (5+ years at a leadership level).
- Experience in setting up HR practices at a global level.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to convert essential business needs into effective actions.
