We are hiring for a leading Telecom Organisation based at Gurgaon.
Position : Talent Acquisition
Exp : 8- 10 yrs with good exposure in Global recruitment specifically for EMEA/ Latin America / APAC with good knowledge of recruiting from Digital media like Linkedin, etc.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall execution of the Talent Acquisition global processes, best practices and it's quality across all delivery centers
- Manage and run the international recruitment competency center - In order to continuously improve the quality of our recruitment process and consider different approaches to evaluate its effectiveness,
- Is accountable for the performance of the Digital sourcing Team (LinkedIn + other media) at present
- Maintain relationship between the Retained HR Functional Head & HRO delivery teams.
- Manage the team to ensure we recruit and hire more effectively, with greater support to managers on recruitment services,, want an end - to -end service which will improve responsiveness and engagement while decreasing their workload to fill their job openings.
- Define the sourcing strategy and various channels to put in place according to countries
- Build collaborative relationships with Internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs
