Responsibilities
- Establish and Structure Training and QA COE: Defining its organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities. Develop a comprehensive strategy, approach, and team for training and quality assurance initiatives within the wealth and retirement domain.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of training and QA professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Oversee end-to-end training processes and manage audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Drive employee training effectiveness and performance improvement based on insights gained from training and quality data.
- Knowledge Management and upliftment: Drive right practices for successful transfer of knowledge, retention of knowledge, and continuous management
- Continuous Improvement and Cross-functional Collaboration: Identify opportunities for improvement in training and quality assurance processes and implement necessary changes. Proactively address any quality-related issues by collaborating with stakeholders and implementing corrective actions.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates on training and QA initiatives. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality training and maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience in the wealth and retirement domain.
- Proficiency in using training and QA tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in knowledge transition training and Quality assurance
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
