Responsibilities:  Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and process restructuring  Establish internal customer value propositions that tie financial metrics and business focus areas directly to operations business improvement  Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership in procurement and supply chain areas  Create framework for capability assessment, including resource allocation, functional development of staff to meet the above executable imperatives  Lead key activities related to SCM and procurement strategy improvement for sourcing, procurement and contract management services  Work with cross-functional teams across the global organization throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging P2P/Procurement approaches and frameworks and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables  Identify and implement tools for enabling process improvements and   Qualifications and Requirements  - Overall 15+ years of experience in global SCM / Procurement operations and strategy  - Minimum 8 years of experience in global SCM/ procurement transformation services related to sourcing, procurement and contract management processes in global service industry, preferably telecom  - Bachelor degree in engineering, finance, operations analysis or SCM/ procurement certification from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred  - Experience in project management and oversight, including supervising staff level engagement teams in the field and providing input into engagement decisions, contract management, and operational restructuring  - Extensive Experience in SAP and e-procurement systems   - Comprehensive understanding of PO process and order to payment technologies   - Demonstrated experience developing relationships and candor with senior staff in a professional services environment and ability to respectfully challenge senior leadership  - Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills  - Results Orientation, passion for developing a high performance organization   - Solid process re-engineering experience  Amit 9810900610
