Global Process Head - ISDA - BFSI

- Manage Workflow Transition as balance of agreements change due to new regulations such as Clearing

- The successful candidate will work with a large investment bank, supporting the Firm's equity derivatives and prime

- The role involves managing OTC derivative documentation

- Advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from initiation to termination of derivatives and prime brokerage relationships.

- Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans

- ISDA and ancillary agreements

- Prime brokerage agreements, securities lending and ancillary agreements.

- Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes
