Currently we are working for a high worth assignment for searching a Practice Head for a Management Consulting Group for their Practice Head / Principal Financial Operations & Transformation Consulting.
Location U.S

We are only looking for people who are currently based in U.S on Tier 1 Visa / Green Card / Permanent Citizens, currently holding high end and high worth Consulting projects on CPG Consumer Goods / Food & Beverages / FMCG.

Consumer goods and services practice involves core service areas such as Business Transformation, ERP, Finance & Performance Mgmt, Human Performance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Product Portfolio Mgmt / Category Mgmt, Customer Relationship Mgmt and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
- Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.
- People Development: Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
- Engagement Management: Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of progressive business and consulting experience. Global consulting experience is preferred.
- Preferably worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally
- Should have worked in the Products, CPG, space and done work around Product Management, Brand Management, Channel & Distribution strategy, Channel optimization, Sales strategy & operations, Sales process & functional design and other similar functions (Multi area exposure is preferred)
- Should have an excellent, established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
- Experience working with “C” level executive clients
- Should have an MBA from a Tier 1 B School. MBA from an international B School is preferred.
- Should have managed teams and delivery
- Should possess strong program management skills
- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct
