Job Description

Position: Global Practice Head - Analytics & Business Intelligence

Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 15 - 25 years

Reports to: CEO

Job Profile: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Strategy and Capability building in the area of Analytics & BI

- Creating the complete set of Service offerings in Analytics & BI segments & socializing these with all the key stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, customers and new prospects

- Preparation of the business plan for the practice in conjunction with all the key stakeholders, including the Go-to-market strategy

- Ownership of the revenue & margin numbers for the Practice

- Building Partnerships & Alliances for the growth of the practice

- Creating differentiated services and solutions

- Creating new business opportunities & Spearheading New business wins (revenue and Order Value)

- Creation of Program Management, Project management & Overall Governance Practices

- Recruitment & Development of the core delivery & Solutions team

- Creaion of Solutions, including IPs for the entire practice

Candidate Profile: The Ideal Candidate will have:

- A degree in Engineering and/or Management, followed by 16-20 years overall IT experience

- Strong delivery experience, including delivery ownership of large, multi-location engagements

- Have extensive experience in the areas of

- Analytics - Web & Digital

- Information & data management

- Business Intelligence

- Proven track-record in building an analytics practice

- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Good network in the industry, product companies, consultant circle and influencers
