Position Title : Global Practice Head - Microsoft.
Role:
- To oversee and drive the strategic direction of the Practice
- To manage team of experts, and ensuring the success and growth of our Microsoft offerings to our clients.
Reporting: Chief Delivery Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Provide leadership for the Microsoft practice (Especially across Azure, CX, Platform Engineering, AI, Data on Microsoft platform) across all regions.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve business goals and objectives.
Microsoft Engagement:
- Engage Microsoft and drive the partnership including joint Go To Market
- Build tools and accelerators in collaboration with Microsoft in driving Go To Market
Drive Growth:
- Be responsible for the overall growth of the practice across all markets.
- Leverage network within the Microsoft ecosystem to identify new business opportunities.
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic Microsoft consulting.
Microsoft Practice Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft solutions, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Technology Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure the Microsoft practice remains at the forefront of innovation and industry advancements.
Team Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Microsoft consultants and developers.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Microsoft practice, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that increase awareness of our Microsoft services and solutions.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance our Microsoft offerings and increase our reach in the market.
Job Requirements:
- 18-22 years of experience in managing Microsoft offerings with last 5 years predominantly in Cloud & Platform Engineering.
- Must have track record of success in leading Microsoft practices.
- Must have managed Large Team and P&L size of more tha 50Milion
- Strong network and credentials within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft solution delivery, implementation, and customization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
