In launching this new division, now provides dedicated end-to-end enrolment support for students, education counsellors, and university partners through a team of expert student enrolment managers. Our aim is to provide the best possible guidance, tools and support for students working directly with a Counsellor, through our authorized educational agency partners, college counsellors, and other recruitment partners within the region. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience and help students and recruitment partners find the best possible options for their international education journey.
The Role:
The Director of Global Admissions is responsible for managing the admissions function of Student Application and ensuring large volumes of applications from multiple sources and countries are submitted promptly and correctly to our global portfolio of university partners. The incumbent will manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of admissions managers based in Latin America, Africa, South Asia, CIS, and SEA.
The Director of Global Admissions reports directly to the Managing Partner
Key responsibilities include:
Vision & Strategy:
- Build, implement and maintain robust and efficient operational and delivery workflows at scale, ensuring large volumes of applications are processed in a timely and efficient way
- Train and support a diverse team of admissions managers located around the world
- Build a knowledge database of application methods, university admissions contacts, and procedures for multiple universities from all over the world
Service Delivery:
- Oversee the design, implementation and performance of admissions focused services in close collaboration with the wider management team
- Line manage Regional Admission managers in Latin America, Africa, South Asia, CIS, and SEA
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement new data systems and analytical needs of the business
- Advise on best practice processes relating to but not limited to admissions services
- Liaise with University partners about admissions processes and requirements and escalate individual student cases when required
- Work with the finance team on billing and collecting enrolment fees
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to continuous operational improvement initiatives across
- Provide frequent analysis and insights to the business for operational improvement and ways to optimise Student Success outcomes such as enrolment or retention.
Admissions Improvement:
- Share feedback and recommendations to enable to improve its processes, technology and workflows

The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience :
- Demonstrated leadership experience, effectively managing and delivering a global admissions service at scale
- Previous experience working within a cross-functional team in the areas of domestic or international student recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in reporting, with an understanding of data analytics
- Experience in establishing and articulating a vision, setting goals, developing and executing strategies, tracking and measuring results.
- Experience of managing budgets up to the level of P&L holder.
- Experience working in admissions within the higher education or education management industry admissions is essential.
Technical skills and qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (postgraduate qualification preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Experience building commercial models and costing operations.
- Experience in global university admissions application systems.
Behavioural competencies :
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership ability.
- Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues.
- Ability to gather and document quality business requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
