Job Description - Own and drive the engineering, operations and strategy for the global network, security and telephony environments supporting the organisation's business operations

Client Details

A large MNC having a shared services center to run their global technology operations

Description

- Lead and manage the global corporate network, network security and telephony delivery and operations for 400+ sites

- Implement software defined performance and capacity management initiatives as well as network automation

- Enable cloud operations by driving next generation global network design

- Develop and execute a robust connectivity and security road map to achieve business objectives partnering with architecture and security functions

- Align the organisation's It strategy and operations with enterprise architecture, information security, risk management, governance and regulatory compliance

- Seamless technology and solution implementation to support the organisation's digital business transformation

- Efficient stakeholder management (internal and external), team management, cost analysis, contract renewals

Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in leading global network and security engineering and operations functions

- Prior experience in leading global IT infrastructure/ technology and connectivity teams in a regulated environment

- Track record of driving organisation change and leading large scale transformations

- Experience with implementing new technologies, emerging delivery models related to digital technologies

- Experience in project management, strategy development and deployment, vendor management, IT procurement
