Responsibilities:
- Formulation of a Global Mobility framework, keeping in mind company requirements and compliance with existing norms and procedures.
- Counselling and coordinating of employees relocating internationally
- Advising HRBPs and business leads on mobility issues, working on various projects across broad areas of mobility.
- Liase with Finance and HR Ops team to review allowances for mobility payroll for all levels of employees.
- Day to day resolution of adhoc queries, advise on immigration requirements, tax issues and coordination with vendors.
- Generation, review and publishing of status reports/dashboards periodically
- Ongoing and timely review of existing policies and procedures to ensure it is up to date, and catering to company mobility requirements. Requirement:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Global Mobility.
- High level of critical thinking.
- In depth understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Working in conjunction with the founders, business leaders and HRBPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or G-suite tools and HR tools.
- Anticipatory thinking ability, multitasking and ability to work within constraints.
- Robust analytical and problem solving skills.
