Global Marketing Head (BPO/RPO)

- Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. The head will be responsible for creating measurable business opportunities for Sales using the most impactful marketing activities. You will work with global sales teams to establish the best marketing strategy for the different industries that are targeted.

- This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and market trends.

- Your team will ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue.

- Owns the global Demand Generation plan and creates it in consultation with the Global Sales teams.

- Enables the team to efficiently execute multi-channel marketing (Events, search, social, digital advertising.) and leverage modern marketing tools and techniques (orchestration, audience management, etc.).

- Develop the analyst and advisory relations to establish its presence as a preferred thought leader among leading analyst and advisory firms (Gartner, Nelson Hall, Everest and others).

- Work closely with services and CoE teams to strategize on services and solutions positioning, market validation, messaging, and roadmap development to ensure strong industry endorsement and new business development.

- Establish thought leadership to ensure its vision of an industry leader, services, solutions, and new launches.

- Leverage insights to monitor program results and adapt strategy and execution as required.

- Ensure continuous optimization of marketing activities by reviewing and improving content and tactics.

- Build and motivate a high-performance team of marketing professionals. Ensures that the team has the competencies and ability to address current needs.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RPO Recruitment and its services.

- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content.

- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

- Manage RPO Recruitment's social media accounts and website.

- Coordinate and organize marketing events and initiatives.

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, to drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional materials, including print and digital ads, brochures, and presentations.

- Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, using insights to inform marketing strategy.

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing, making recommendations for how to improve marketing efforts.

- Support the Organisation in developing and executing overall marketing plans and strategies.

- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 15+ years of experience in marketing roles within a BPO/RPO Industry.

2. Proven success in managing a matrixed organization and working with virtual teams.

3. Practical knowledge of modern marketing methods and tools.

4. Self-starter who looks for new market opportunities and ways of working.

5. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.

6. Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.

7. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

8. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

9. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.

10. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

12. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

13. Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.

14. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

15. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
