Global Marketing Data Analyst
About the Role:
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection of marketing data, perform analyses, summarizing and communicating the results to drive business change, innovation, and action. The Marketing Data Researcher is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data.
Responsibilities & Duties: What You Will Be Doing:- Set up and configure lead attribution models (in Pardot)
- Measure and monitor campaign performance
- Create Salesforce dashboards for campaign performance
- Ensure Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Search console are all properly configured and connected
- Ensure conversion tracking is setup, configured and tracking across the website and marketing channels
- Ensure in platform analytics are correctly configured and reporting
- Implement and optimize UTM tracking across all channels
Reporting/Communication:
- Develop and update reporting at different levels and monitor performance measurement indicators and their KPIs.
- Assist Marketing and SDR management in achieving objectives through the use and analysis of this data.
- Report and fix tracking issues
- Assist marketing leadership in generating monthly KPI and performance reports.
What you need to succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in marketing or related discipline
- 3+ years of marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry
- Expert knowledge of establishing data models, work with API's and configurations
- Integration experience with 3rd party tools such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Experience with Pardot/Salesforce required.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results

- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
It'd Be Great If You Also Have:- Certified Pardot Specialist (Marketing Cloud)
- HTML knowledge
- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle
- Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
