Global Manager - Indirect Procurement - Manufacturing Firm

Experience - 15 to 20 years

Responsibilities:

Develop Procurement Strategy:

- Formulate and implement procurement strategies for real estate purchases, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable contracts.

Real Estate Sourcing and Supplier Management:

- Identify suitable properties and real estate assets to meet organizational requirements.

- Engage with brokers, developers, and other vendors to source real estate opportunities.

- Manage relationships with real estate suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure contract compliance.

- Evaluate supplier performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.

Contract Management:

- Draft and review contracts for real estate purchases, ensuring legal compliance and favorable terms. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks, manage contract disputes, and resolve issues.

- Monitor contract expirations, renewals, and amendments, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders accordingly.

Cost Optimization and Budgeting:

- Analyze real estate market trends, costs, and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Develop and manage budgets for real estate procurement activities.

- Implement cost control measures and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent Masters degree.

- Strategic sourcing experience in Indirect procurement

- Experience working with Real Estate Category.

- Experience with category management, client management and supplier management

- Must have team handling experience
