Global HRIS Manager
Some specific responsibility areas are to :
- System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.
- Provide solution to system related issues/queries raised by end users/other teams using ServiceNow application or via email.
- Be the SPOC to liaise with HRIT/ Vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support.
- Relationship Management - Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.
- Maintain setup related information's in various HR applications.
- Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.
- Work closely with operations/functional team and provide training and updates in regards to system changes.
- Testing of any changes to HR application.
- Create and Maintain documentations.
Key Responsibilities :
- 5-10 years of experience in working with HR applications with a minimum of 2-3 years on SuccessFactors.
- Ability to understand and provide solutions to business requirements.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with new systems / technologies and drive initiatives.
- Strong functional bent of mind.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- Effective communication and inter-personal skills.
