The associate would be working as part of the Business Development Team in close collaboration with the Global Key Account Management Team responsible for the growth expansion and development of Multimarket(MM) Accounts - Go to Market strategy for APAC, EU, and Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program manager: Strategic & cross-functional projects- Partner Visits and Engagement

- Strategic Business Planning, Tracking

- Long-term Go-to-Market Strategy for BGSW Offerings aligned with MMs and BUs

- Business Field Analysis (BFA), Market Research Intelligence, Studies: Market and Trend Analysis

- Competitor Intelligence, Cross- competitor trends

- Marketing events - Driving branding and marketing campaigns for increasing BGSW's span of influence in Business Units through increasing degrees of ownership, customer-facing, competency, and fulfilment- Experience Center, Roadshows, Visits

- Prepare a marketing concept for multimarket BUs together with KAM

- Prepare a communication plan and run campaigns - Eg Regular newsletter, Info packages for ongoing topics, regular GB-wise updates (inline with MSR) - Status updates, happenings in the region

Key Skills:

- Analytical skills: strong financial analysis and modeling skills in order to perform financial analyses for the purpose of assisting in the exploration of strategic options,

- Critical thinking, structured approach, and planning

- Interpersonal Skills: A candidate for this position will be a strategic and creative thinker, be result-driven, be self-motivated and proactive, have strong and innovative problem-solving skills,

- Good communication skills to comprehend and handle strategic information

- MS Office: A candidate for this position will demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging analysis reports and presentations

Educational qualifications and experience:

- BE, B.Tech is a must with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or any other related business field from Tier 1 MBA colleges only

- 6-8 years of relevant industry experience in the SW industry. Experience in incubating startups is an advantage.
