Global HR Operations Manager - IT

Our client, a leading Software Product company, is seeking a dynamic Global HR Operations Manager to drive and enhance HR processes across multiple geographies. This role demands expertise in HR service delivery, compliance, process optimization, and HR technology implementation to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance across global locations.

- Implement and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance in various regions.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to streamline operations.

- Lead HR technology initiatives, including HRIS implementation, automation, and process enhancements.

- Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

- Develop and monitor HR operational metrics, reporting, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 6 years in a global/multi-country role.

- 5+ years in Team Management with a focus on performance reporting and analysis

- Prior experience in a IT Product/ITES is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of global HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and process automation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
