Global HR Head - 14 - 22 Years - e-Commerce - Delhi/NCR
About the Role:
CaaStle is adding a new Global People Ops and Total Rewards Leader to our growing People team. Reporting to the Global Head of People, you lead all of CaaStle's rewards strategies, as well managing and expanding our people operations services provided to CaaStle. You are a collaborative people leader focused on building a global team.
What you'll do:
- Lead the strategy and build of the Global Total Rewards strategy and supporting programs for benchmarking, total compensation, equity, sales commission, and benefits that create a compelling employee value proposition for all employees.
- Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of our compensation and benefits programs, including directing job evaluation and use of salary surveys for benchmarking our compensation structures, and developing salary budgets. Create policies to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
- Lead market and ad-hoc analyses of base pay, variable pay, equity and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and identify market gap for globally diverse talent.
- Advise and train People Team, managers and employees on Total Rewards philosophy and programs. Serve as our benefits expert.
- Oversee company benefits programs, including negotiating coverage and costs with carriers.
- Oversee incentive plan and equity plan guideline design and may also handle equity program administration, performance management and/or HR Information Systems.
- Initiate and provide specialized analysis on market and internal compensation practices, strategies and metrics based on business need.
People Operations
- Lead all people operations activities including onboarding, promotions, transfers, exits, relocations, bonuses and all ad hoc changes related to an employee lifecycle with required supporting documentation.
- Design and implement company Human Resource policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations in multiple countries and jurisdictions. Manage compliance records, reporting and audits for any state and local employment.
- Oversee our HR systems and databases, and recommend software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g., performance review tools).
- Provide insights on People Team metrics and recommend new activities to support employee programs.
- Oversee and responsible for the payroll processes and delivery for global locations. Participate in the financial reconciliation processes for global locations.
We'd like for you to have
- Fifteen plus years of experience with increasing HR responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or other related field.
- Ability to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes.
- Partner with and influence across different levels of the organization.
- A pro-active attitude geared toward achieving continuous improvement.
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong proficiency in data analysis and problem solving solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end processes using tools such as JIRA.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience developing and maintaining HR programs.
- Experience designing and implementing compensation, benefits and rewards strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.

- Experience working with and managing a variety of HR vendors.
Responsibilities include appropriate handling of company confidential information(CCI) and personally identifiable information (PII). Complying with CaaStle information security policy. Ensuring that direct reports (and contractors) are adequately trained to comply with information security policy.
