Global HRBP
Looking for an HR Business Partner to the organization of globalization services, solution management, competitive intelligence & presales with 200+ employees in India, the UK and the USA.
Responsibilities :
- Top Talent & Career Development: Building alternate career paths vis- vis traditional management career path; Engaging Top Talents through customized career development initiatives; Facilitating career development via job rotations; Designing and executing Learning Maps based on strategic direction. Drive collaboration with leading business schools to run management education programs to acquire top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Auditing Employee Engagement levels through structured mechanisms, identifying possible gaps and proactively addressing issues through customized HR solutions; Analysing key attrition reasons/trends and designing retention programs based on internal and external market scenarios.
- Compensation & Benefits: Partnering with leaders for the performance management process including compensation & variable pay planning; designing incentive plans for niche areas; Identifying, mapping and rewarding critical talent in line with business strategy.
- Policies & Processes: Conceptualize and oversee the execution of various HR processes & best practices in line with the organisation's core values. Drive priorities of organization growth, workforce planning, organization design & effectiveness. Partner with executives on workforce topics around people and organizational strategy, organization design, strategic workforce planning, leadership, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Requirements & Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in human resource roles in global/MNC organisations
- Experience in leading and developing strong and effective teams
- Demonstrate capability & merit to be part of the leadership team
- Strong gravitas and influencing skills
- Ability to challenge, and manage resistance to influence change
- Experience in delivering people strategies and implementing action plans
- Experience in HR transformation would be an advantage with an understanding and experience of dealing with the impact on Managers and HR colleagues
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative and strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Global cultural awareness
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- A postgraduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is required
