Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent strategy
- Forecast talent needs based on business demands and industry trends.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Lead Global Technical Talent Acquisition.
- Cultivate a culture that prioritizes skill development and embraces skill liberalization concepts.
- Spearhead the implementation of AI-first systems enabling uberization of Talent Management practices
- Lead Global mobility & Background Verification process and ensure compliance as per the requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, educational institutions, and gig workforce companies to support talent acquisition and development.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective Communication, Governance & Reporting
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development, preferably in the IT & ITES industry.
- Experience in driving Digital Transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
- Knowledge of global labor laws, immigration policies, and compliance requirements.
