- They have created a new role to drive talent sourcing globally as part of a COE and are looking for a senior HR professional with strong track record of success in talent acquisition across multiple geographies to lead this team.

Description :

- Reporting into Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to build and lead this team of talent sourcing professionals based across geographies as part of this COE.

- You be be responsible for driving hiring strategies and employer branding across channels working closely with TA Heads based out of each global region.

Profile

- Atleast 15 to 20 years experience in talent acquisition in an technology environment is a must.
