- Must have experience in lateral hiring/ volume hiring..

- Must have experience in global hiring.

- Must have experience in perm hiring.

- Should be comfortable for Chennai location.

- Should have strong experience in IT / Technology hiring.

- Must have exposure of managing different geographies.

- Strong experience in stakeholder management.

- Good communication skills, articulation and executive presence.

- Partner with internal and external customers at all levels to identify trends, propose recruitment strategies, and resolve issues

- Lead and test multiple sourcing & messaging strategies to determine efficiencies in candidate engagement with sourcers

- Prioritize sourcers and their work with an agile focused approach in tandem with the business

- Promote a customer-centered culture serving as a consultant to internal/external customers, striving to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations

- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies

- Create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience

- Achieve and sustain best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery and efficiency

- Develop and execute overall functional area recruitment strategy for Technology roles

- Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and candidates for a dedicated functional area

- Champion the recruitment process and provide hiring managers direction and consultation on strategic and recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparison

- Provide full cycle recruiting services which may include: leading strategy session discussions; presenting labor market intelligence and consultation; sourcing and presenting candidate slate to hiring manager with recommendations; preparing for and managing offers to candidates

- Determine when to engage sourcing and/or third party partners

- Support the workforce planning process

- Stay up to date on emerging recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons

- Support special projects for senior leadership
