- Create and execute Industry leading breakthrough strategy in attracting, hiring & engaging best quality talent at all levels
- Own the recruitment budget and responsible for recruitment audit and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with key business leaders and internal & external partners
- Determine & implement best recruitment processes, programs, and policies
- Foster strategic partnerships with marketing team to co-create industry leading engagement and branding initiatives to position the company as preferred employer of choice
- Collaborate with L&D and University function to co-create solutions to bridge digital skills gaps through right partnerships with academia.
- Leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of hiring programs
- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Drive Behavioural and Competency based Interviewing
- Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to drive efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
Must have :
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader or similar role in a Engineering Services Organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a structured full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Keeps the human context in hiring, enables cross functional connect between the hiringorganization and candidates.
