Global Head of Sales and Marketing, (Anywhere in India)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role will be critical in driving companies growth, expanding our market presence, and establishing our brand as the go-to platform for digital textbooks worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the digital education market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.

- Oversee the creation of engaging and effective marketing content, including digital campaigns, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.

- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure effective allocation of resources.

- Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Business Development:

- Develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions, publishers, and other relevant organizations.

- Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our platform and build relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
