Key Deliverables :
- HR Vision and Strategy - Develop HR Strategy, Objectives and Goals in alignment with overall Organizational Goals and managing HR Operating Model to implement the strategy - Liaise with the leadership and business team for setting up robust framework, processes and systems necessary for achieving Business Goals
- To provide leadership to the HR team towards detailing the HR plan and execution of the Plan Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning
- Drive Strategic Manpower Planning and talent acquisition for the Organization necessary for achieving Business Goals and Targets
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team responsible for all hiring across functions and job level, Plan and implement Talent attraction and branding strategies across existing and new channels and Identify and develop partners to help expedite key hiring/niche positions.
- Prepare & deliver global hiring plan for all Tech & Non Tech Businesses of the Organization (covering volume hiring, niche skills hiring, domestic hiring and international hiring - Build Hiring Processes and Policy frameworks with objective of delivering on talent needs within timelines agreed and through cost-effective measures
- Drive Employer Branding interventions to attract talent across diverse forums and diverse talent pools
- Design and deployment of Campus Engagement Process Design and implementation Organization Culture Building
- To be a champion of Organizational Values and build a global, inclusive and enabling Organizational culture through Institutionalization of Values and Development and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives across Global workforce
- Drive the POSH and COC agenda with the leadership and organization wise institutionalization - Talent and Performance Management
- Design and deployment of Performance Management System
- Development and deployment of Talent Management Frameworks for Employee Development and Succession Planning
- Deployed Talent Management interventions like Job Rotation and Enrichment intervention - Design and Integration of Rewards and Recognition programs with Talent Management initiatives
- Developed Competency Based KRA's and drive the annual performance management across all organizations
- Development of Competency Framework and Integration with Performance Management System Design and Deployment of Career Management, Succession Planning, Mentoring and Coaching Initiatives as part of Individual Development framework
- Design and Implementation of Induction and Orientation programs to drive Premium Employee Experience Talent Engagement
- Conduct Organization Climate assessments, Employee Engagement Surveys and Employee sentiment analysis for insights on organizational engagement levels and identification of concern areas
- Conduct Engagement Action Plans and Interventions to address the concern areas and enhance engagement levels across the organization to maintain a highly engaged workforce
- Measurement and monitoring of E-Sat Metrics for monitoring Engagement Impact Assessment
- Building Employee Connect through several interventions like ECFs, Skip Levels etc to drive Business Ownership of engagement
- Conduct detailed Attrition Analysis and interventions for Retention Management HR Process Re-engineering and Tech-Enablement
- Setting up robust Policy framework, Processes and Systems necessary for achieving Business and HR Goals
- HR Process Re-engineering to increase process efficiencies & improve accuracy
- Bench-marking the existing policies and processes to meet demands of a global and inclusive workplace
- Drive Business Transformation by planning & implementation of Tech-Enablement projects
- Implement cloud-based SaaS HR Management Software to automate employee life cycle and drive efficiency and accuracy Compensation & Benefits
- Lead compensation strategy, structuring, pay range design
- Conduct Compensation bench-marking exercise and defined level wise / band-wise/ job family wise Pay Ranges
- Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance and zero error Payroll processing HR Business Partnering
- Advise Business on complex people issues, identify solutions and implement solutions to achieve business outcomes
- Defining the HR Operations plan and execution of the Plan to provide HR services to employees worldwide in accordance with local laws and norms.
- Advise Global management on organizational policy matters, such as leave, travel, talent management, transfers.
- Ensure compliance to local laws related to payroll and other employment practices
- Monitor HR Operational metrics for Business Decision making pertaining to (E-Sat, Productivity,Compliance, Diversity, Cost, ROI etc)
- Play the role of a Trusted Advisor to business Leaders, act as a Role Model for the HR Business partners and Talent Acquisition team
