Global Head - Managed Services - Infrastructure & Application Management Services
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in leading managed services or IT operations in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and SLAs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in driving a high-performance culture.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and profitability metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar frameworks are a plus.
- As the Global Head of Managed Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the delivery, performance, and growth of managed services across the business.
- You will ensure customer satisfaction, drive operational excellence, and support business development by aligning managed services with the company's strategic goals.
- This role requires leadership in managing multiple clients, handling SLAs, and delivering cost-effective IT solutions that meet client needs
