Role & Responsibility - Medical Tourism Global Head IT

Role : The Medical Tourism Global Head IT is the Head of Technology with a mandate to provide the best IT & Technology Solution and continue the Maintenance / Up-Gradation of the Solutions with key focus being Process Automation and Real Time Information & Transaction Visibility.

Responsibility :

- Information Technology Backbone Creation.

- Automation of all Systems & Processes.

- Ensure Least Cost Metrics of IT for both Hardware & Software with Cloud Services as a key Backbone.

- Real time Visibility by Enabling ALL MIS and Dashboards for all Critical Business & Functional Areas through Team Building

- Country Wise Focus.

- Succession Planning.

- Training & Development (IT Administration).

- Process Improvement Feedback and Continuous Process Improvements.

- Enterprise Level Systems Implementation with all Plug -ins Connected to the Mainline Solutions.

- Continuous focus on Refinement of IT Systems.

- Move into a CIO role from Project Management in 1 year by creating the CIO metrics.
