We are currently retained by a Series B-funded SaaS platform catering to clients across the globe to hire an HR Leader.
The HR role is to provide strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective. The role will lead HR overall with a critical focus on Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, employee engagement, employer branding, managing performance, and general help in scaling up of the organization
Responsibilities:
- Function as a hands-on, strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnerships to the business leaders and the teams you support
- Total rewards program administration
- Develop, implement, and maintain performance management and talent review processes
- Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management).
- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring
- Act with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, and inefficiencies, and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respect
- Partner with the company's Management Team to resolve employee relations issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate is a builder - Someone who can come in with a willingness and an ability to build HR capabilities. This person will be responsible for all things people & culture, owning and heavily influencing everything from Career Mapping and Performance Management programs to bonus & incentive planning and employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Experience in owning HR function in a high-growth, fast-paced Saas startup environment
- Must have exposure to working with the Founders directly
- Experience in managing employees across the globe
- Seasoned HR professional with over 12+ years of experience post-MBA from a good B school.
- Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/People
