Global Head - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the global implementation of standardised HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the organisation's culture, employee engagement, and talent management strategies.
- Oversee the development of global HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, employee development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure global compliance with employment laws, labour regulations, and HR policies across all operating regions.
- Drive global initiatives for change management, organisational development, and cultural alignment.
- Lead global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Analyse HR metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
- Guide regional HR teams to manage employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions in alignment with local practices.
- Stay abreast of global HR trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster continuous innovation.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- 20+ years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 10 years in a global capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of international HR practices, including labour laws, compliance, and HR policies across different geographies, particularly in the US and Europe.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading global HR strategies for organisations with a significant international presence.
- Expertise in navigating cross-border HR issues and managing teams in diverse cultural environments.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing talent management and performance management programs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR) are preferred.
