About our Client : Our client is a locally headquartered and publicly listed organization in the commodities industry in India. With a distribution and manufacturing presence already established globally, they are looking to hire a Global Head for driving and supporting their global growth. This role is based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Group Head, you will manage an established team of HR professionals spread across their global span of operations, with your main responsibilities including:

- Overseeing the entire HR portfolio end to end Developing and leading the Talent Management function across the globe.

- Facilitating strategic interventions relating to talent management while developing retention strategies and groom high potential talent pool.

- Succession planning and sustaining the mentorship program

- Driving business structuring initiatives while understanding business requirements

- Driving business partnering to enable the business in its growth and profitability

- Developing a globally standard and productive work culture

- Effectively leading specific OD interventions and managing external stakeholders for the same

- Leading and supporting global industrial relations strategy

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a Human Resources professional with at least twelve years of post qualification experience. Extensive exposure and understanding of a consumer focused industry with experience in plant operations is a must.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing board level or business stakeholders in the past will be crucial in your selection.
