Client: Our client is a leading player in IT services space and currently ranks amongst the top 2 Service Providers in India and amongst the top 5 world-wide in their area of specialization. They have multi-country presence - India (multiple locations), US, UK/Europe and SE Asia and has a total staff strength of 3500+ across these locations. The company is headquartered in Mumbai.
Profile: MBA(HR) with 20+ years of experience in all aspects of HR function with at least 5+ yrs. in a Leadership role and being a part of Leadership Team.
Background from Services sector - IT / ITeS / BPO / KPO / GCC with sound knowledge of labour laws and HR function, Strong Leadership and inter-personal skills; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Role / Responsibilities:
1. Strategic direction to the HR function globally
2. Business partnering with the senior leadership team
3. Create and launch TA strategies, OD interventions, Employee engagement, C&B, L&D programs.
4. Responsible for inculcating a performance-driven collaborative culture across the organization.
5. Create career development plans promoting DEI initiatives in the workplace.
